Financial Planning Process at Modulus Financial Planning
Work

6 Steps of Financial Planning

Step 1 : Establish Relationship and Gather Information

The point of the discovery meeting is for us to get to know each other. We want to find out how and if we can help you, and we both need to make sure we will enjoy working together.

Step 2: Determine Client Goals

We need to agree what it is you want to achieve and that we are working to help you live your desired life.

Step 3: Analysis and Research

We will collect all the information about your current lifestyle and any plans you may already have in place. This will allow us to build a comprehensive financial plan, which gives you all the information to make an informed decision.

Step 4: Build Financial Plan

We will present you with your financial plan, showing you how your life looks if you continue as you are, and present some strategy changes which we believe will help you achieve your goals

Step 5: Implement Recommendations

Once we have agreed on the strategy to help you achieve your goals, we will do the work to make it happen for you.

Step 6: Ongoing Monitoring & Review

Stuff happens all the time and this will have an impact on your financial plan. Once you have a plan in place, we need to keep on top of it to ensure that every change in your life is factored in, to ensure you continue to make progress towards achieving your goals.
